About the position: FWWB-I is looking for a professional to support and monitor
Community Owned Enterprises (COEs) that leverage benefits of aggregation of
‘producers’ like higher bargaining powers for purchasing and selling, skill
building, usage of technology and common infrastructure, and accessing market
linkages to enhance livelihoods and income of its members.
The professional will primarily be responsible to appraise, monitor, and
handhold the COEs to improve their operational performance, especially to
improve the quality of books of accounts, financial statements and financial
understanding. Apart from this s/he will participate in other activities of the
program and organisation.
Scope of work:
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Credit appraisal of Partner Organizations
Monitoring of Partner Organizations post Loan disbursements
Create reporting formats for continuous monitoring of financial
performance of Partner Organizations
Create/improve process flows for all operational tasks related to credit
appraisal and financial performance monitoring of partner organizations
Maintain all program documents including funder files- partner files
Handhold Partner Organizations for business plan/proposal preparation
Communication with funders and partners
Participate in creating strategic and implementation plans for the program
Skills and
qualification/Required Competencies:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance/ Accounts or equivalent with 1-2 years
of experience.
Experience / understanding of accounts and accounts software will be preferred.
Interest/experience in financial analysis and credit appraisal is
preferable.
S/he should have good interpersonal skills, be an effective communicator,
with fluency in English, Hindi and a local language.
S/he should also have the ability to put together reports and interact

Co-ordinate with Partner Organizations and experts to organize trainings
Monitoring of Partner Organizations post Institution and Capacity Building
(ICB) Interventions and/ or Loan disbursements
Maintain all program documents including funder files- partner files
Participate in creating strategic and implementation plans for the program
Skills and
qualification/Required Competencies:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/ Rural Management/ Agriculture &
allied disciplines or equivalent - Fresher or with 1-2 years of relevant
experience
Understanding of the program and knowledge of the working of producer
organizations like producer companies, co-operatives, etc. preferred.

Full time employment. Monthly gross ranges from Rs. 25,000- 45,000 per month
depending upon experience / qualification of the candidate.
Corresponding with Funders, Partners and Nodal agencies
Reviewing – reestablishing MIS for the organization
To assist the CEO in setting up a regular monitoring of the Program team
Establishing contacts, preparing and submitting various documents to external
stakeholders
Helping the CEO with her appointments and travel plan
Logistics arrangement for the board meetings
Any other tasks delegated by the CEO from time to time.
Required Competencies:
A Graduate/Postgraduate degree with an experience in a similar position. Fresh
graduates are encouraged to apply.
S/he should have good interpersonal skills, and would be an effective
communicator, with fluency in English and Hindi. Verbal communication skills in
any other Indian language will
be an added advantage.

The position will be on a yearly contract, renewable based on performance. The
